(A panel of coaches will consider exceptional commitment to the event of pole vaulting as demonstrated by, but not limited to, such things as time spent coaching, financial support, enthusiasm, fundraising efforts, pursuit of continuing coaching education, etc. Should financial need be an issue, the panel will also factor this into their selection procecss.)
