On Track Appears at Iron Wood Thrower Development Camp

This summer, On Track was honored to be invited to exhibit as the featured equipment supplier at the nation's largest track and field specialty camp. From June 30 to July 5, some 200 athletes and several coaches gathered for the Iron Wood Thrower Development Camp at Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington to soak up all they could about the throws from world champions and "gurus" in shot, discus, javelin and hammer.

On Track CEO Ron Morris and Dan West, the company's new team sales representative, were on hand at the18th annual camp, sharing items from the company's line of unique throwing and training implements. Ron and Dan also met up with Olympic Gold Medalist Harold Connolly (1950s-60s), who introduced hammer enthusiasts to his new Connolly Hammer Trainer 3, available exclusively through select clinic sales and On Track Field & Track Equipment (see page 13 of our catalog).

For registration information for the next camp, visit the Iron Wood Throwers Camp website.
