GILL COMPETITION DISCUS CAGE
Gill High School Discus Cages are designed to the 34.92° throwing sector configuration and employ a vinyl-coated steel net support cable to reduce net sag, ensuring maximum net height.
GILL ALUMINUM CAGES feature seven 14' polls fabricated of 6063-T6 aluminum tubes, with a 2-7/8" outside diameter and 0.203 wall. The top of the polls bend inward with a rolled off set for safety.
GILL STEEL CAGES are constructed using 2-1/2"square, 14 gauge steel tube, with durable powder coat fi nish. The six–post layout features 14' poles with a rolled off set.
Nets are 13'6" high, are made of a nylon 6 material with 180 lb. break strength, and are UV stabilized to help extend the product‘s lifespan.

SPORTS-FAB'S DISCUS CAGE
(Meets all H.S. Discus Cage requirements)
- 5-Post Design - Zinc-plated - Heavy wall 1-1/2" square steel tubing 12' high
- Cantilevered heavy steel net supports with large, easy-to-hook net hooks.
- Heavy galvanized ground sleeves (20" long) which are permanently installed flush with the ground.
- Heavy duty #32 nylon netting with 1-3/4" square mesh, heavy rope border, treated with black weather-protective coating, 12'x55'. Hangs slack and easily absorbs stray discus.
- Easily assembled or knocked down by one person in 5-10 minutes. No ladder required - use net hooking pole provided.
- Each upright weighs only 25lbs., and the net weighs 40lbs., making it easy to carry and requiring minimum storage space.
