MEN'S JAVELIN

Throwers with marks up to 210' should select from javelins rated up to 70m. Experienced throwers over 210' should select javelins rated from 70m up and Elite throwers 80m and up. High school boys began throwing the new javelin in competition in 2002.

WOMEN'S MODELS

In 1999, the javelin specifications changed, moving the center of gravity forward. All high school girls are now throwing this 600G javelin in competition.
