Schools and organizations with approved credit using purchase orders, net 30 unless otherwise arranged. Individuals: Check, money order, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card. |

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
It is the buyer’s responsibility to examine all shipments for any damage, loss or shortages and to note any discrepancies on the bill of lading before signing. Buyer must then notify On Track immediately. |

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
All returned merchandise must be approved by On Track and upon authorization, must be shipped prepaid to Burbank, California. Merchandise returned for the convenience of the customer must be returned within 60 days of original purchase and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. |

LIABILITY
All products are sold in working order. The user accepts all responsibility for the proper use of the equipment and assumes all risks of injury. |
